Rangers International’s technical adviser, Fidelis Ilechukwu, has declared that a team with a strong mentality and technical ability will lift the 2025-26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) trophy.

The Flying Antelopes climbed to second place on the NPFL table after a commanding 2-0 victory over Wikki Tourists in Enugu on Sunday. Rangers have suffered just one defeat in their last seven league matches, signaling their intent to challenge for the crown.

“Everybody wants to win the title, but the stronger team with a solid technical ability will claim it this season,” Ilechukwu told Puyaka. “With the full support of the entire Rangers squad, they can win the title.”

Rangers last captured the NPFL championship in 2024 and are now determined to reclaim domestic supremacy.
