Famous Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has firmly denied claims that she introduced Kayamata, a substance associated with sexual attraction, to her goddaughter Fola Tinubu.
The allegations went viral after popular gossip platform Gistlover reported that Iyabo had given Fola the substance and linked her goddaughter to alleged affairs with multiple men, including actor Kunle Afolayan, who she was purportedly said to have gotten pregnant for.
Taking to her Instagram story, Iyabo dismissed the claims, saying, “I don’t patronise such (Kayamata).” She emphasized that Fola is an adult capable of making her own decisions, adding, “I don’t discuss intimate matters with goddaughters. I’m a very strict and busy person.”
Iyabo further stated, “First and foremost, Fola Tinubu is an adult. I’m not one to monitor anyone’s life. Gistlover, saying I gave Fola any form of Kayamata is a lie from the pit of hell.”
The actress clarified, “I don’t know who she is dating and I’ve never asked her, nor have I ever given her anything for sexual or relationship purposes. I myself don’t use Kayamata.”
The denial comes as the story continues to circulate widely on social media, sparking debates about gossip, privacy, and misinformation surrounding celebrities.
