Dangote Refinery has increased the ex-depot price of petrol by N75, pushing the cost to N1,350 per litre, up from N1,275.

The latest hike marks the refinery’s first fuel price increase in May, coming just seven days after it raised the price from N1,200 to N1,275 per litre.

The upward adjustment follows a similar move on April 29, when the refinery also raised the ex-depot price by N75.

The successive increases highlight ongoing volatility in Nigeria’s downstream petroleum sector, with potential implications for pump prices and transportation costs nationwide.
