The actor, who served as master of ceremonies at the event, spoke out after actresses Bam Bam and Susan Peters reported that their phones had been stolen during the gathering.

Speaking in an Instagram post on Thursday, Stan Nze reveals over five phones stolen at Alex Ekubo’s service of songs and questioned how people could target mourners at such a sensitive occasion.

He said the incident forced organisers to temporarily restrict movement at the venue as efforts were made to recover the missing devices.

“How can you come to a place where people are mourning and steal from them?” he asked.
