Funniest Man Alive comedy show in Port Harcourt featuring top Nigerian comedians

|By Adejumo Adekunle – Port Harcourt residents are preparing for an evening of comedy and entertainment as Funniest Man Alive returns with another major show in the city.

The highly anticipated Funniest Man Alive event, themed “The Truth is Funny Edition,” will take place on Sunday, 19 July 2026, at the Celebra8 Event Center on Olu Obasanjo Road, Port Harcourt.

Organisers say the event will bring together some of Nigeria’s leading comedians and entertainers for a night packed with laughter and live performances.

The red carpet session will begin at 5:00 pm, while the main event is scheduled to start promptly at 6:00 pm.

Several popular acts are expected to perform, including Arinze Baba, Adviser, Romeo (Aboli), MC George, Dr. Vee, Holy Shrine, MC Eddidiong, Shutdown Boys, De Justice, Sugar Lips, Kelvin Briggs, Mr. Washington and Mr. Talker.

In addition, music lovers will enjoy performances from Success Stephen, Flag Pee and DJ Vato. Organisers say the lineup will ensure guests remain entertained throughout the evening.

Meanwhile, tickets are available in different categories. Regular tickets cost ₦7,000, while VIP access is priced at ₦25,000. Guests seeking premium experiences can also purchase Gold Tables for ₦1 million and Platinum Tables for ₦2 million.

Furthermore, organisers have encouraged interested guests to secure tickets early through Teller Africa Tickets.
