Tinubu rejects excuses as President Bola Tinubu declared that his administration will not tolerate excuses while commissioning the Bwari water supply network in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The project forms part of activities marking his third anniversary in office.
Represented by the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the President said his government remains focused on delivering measurable results to Nigerians. He stressed that the Renewed Hope Agenda is a practical commitment to governance and national development rather than a political slogan.
According to him, the administration made a promise at inauguration to extend development beyond city centres. Therefore, he said satellite towns and rural communities must also benefit from infrastructure and economic opportunities.
Tinubu added that the newly commissioned water supply network reflects that commitment. He said access to clean water would improve the quality of life for residents of Bwari while supporting the government’s wider development agenda.
Furthermore, he assured Nigerians that his administration would continue to implement projects that directly improve livelihoods. He maintained that performance, accountability and service delivery remain the government’s priorities.
The Bwari water supply project is one of several infrastructure projects being inaugurated in the FCT to commemorate the administration’s third year in office. Tinubu rejects excuses, insisting that government officials must remain focused on achieving results for citizens.
