Shooting Stars forward Qamar Adegoke has assured fans of the club’s relentless commitment as the Oluyole Warriors push to sustain their strong start in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

The Ibadan-based side has claimed three wins, one draw, and two defeats from their opening seven games, climbing to fifth position on the NPFL table with 10 points after a hard-fought victory over Plateau United on matchday seven.

Speaking on a sports radio programme in Ibadan, Adegoke praised the team’s coaching crew for instilling discipline and motivation in the players.

“With the way our coaches handle us, there’s no way a player won’t give his best,” Adegoke said. “I urge all Oluyole Warriors fans to keep supporting us — we won’t disappoint them.”

Shooting Stars will face a stern test this weekend when they travel to Kano to battle Kano Pillars in their matchday eight fixture at the Sani Abacha Stadium. Fans are hopeful the team will maintain their momentum and continue their impressive form.
