The Action Democratic Party (ADP) has scheduled a town hall meeting in Tai Local Government Area of Rivers State for Wednesday, 28 October 2026, as part of its proposed 23 local government areas, 23 days development conversation.
The meeting, scheduled for 4:00 pm, will bring the party’s representatives and residents together to discuss development priorities and community concerns.
The event forms part of the political activities of Angel Lawson, the ADP governorship candidate in Rivers State, under the campaign platform Team GoAngel.
The organisers said the ADP Tai LGA town hall would provide an opportunity for residents to discuss the party’s development agenda for the area. Participants will also be able to raise local concerns and share ideas on community development.
The programme carries the theme, “Your LGA, Your Future”. It is designed as an interactive engagement focused on local priorities and development plans.
Other candidates featured in the announcement include Nbete Raphael, listed as the party’s candidate for Rivers South-East Senatorial District, and Chief Kone, listed for the Rivers State House of Assembly.
The organisers have invited residents to participate in the discussion as the party takes its development conversations across the state’s 23 local government areas.
Residents who cannot attend in person can follow the meeting live on Facebook through Adejumo Adekunle’s account. The organisers have also provided a WhatsApp call option on 07010689660 for participation.
The ADP Tai LGA town hall is scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, 28 October 2026. The event is part of the party’s stated plan to engage communities on local development priorities.
