Arsenal Land Greek Star Christos Tzolis

Arsenal have completed the signing of Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge on a long-term contract, with the Premier League champions confirming the deal on Thursday.

British media reports said the North London club paid €34 million (USD 45.40 million) for the 24-year-old forward, making it the biggest transfer fee ever received by a club in the Belgian Pro League.

Speaking after sealing the move, Christos Tzolis said, “I need some time to realise it, I think! It’s absolutely amazing to sign for such a big club, the champion of England. I’m very proud to be part of this team for the next season.”

Christos Tzolis joins Arsenal after an outstanding two-year spell with Club Brugge, where he played 108 matches in all competitions. During that time, he found the net 43 times and registered 45 assists, helping establish himself as one of the league’s standout performers.

The Greek international played a key role as Club Brugge lifted the Belgian Cup in 2025 before winning the Belgian Pro League title this year. His consistent displays also earned him the Belgian Pro League Player of the Season award.

Before his success in Belgium, Christos Tzolis began his professional career with PAOK and secured a move to Norwich City in 2021. He spent three years with the English club, making 14 Premier League appearances, before joining Club Brugge in 2024.

At international level, Christos Tzolis progressed through Greece’s youth teams before making his senior debut in October 2020. He has since earned 34 international caps, adding valuable experience to Arsenal’s attacking options.
