Some police sources in Los Angeles told TMZ that Allison Holker, ‘tWitch’s’ wife, went to a police station on Tuesday in a desperate attempt to claim that Stephen had vanished from his home without taking his car, which he never did.

It further states that just before noon, paramedics responded to a report for a medical emergency at a Los Angeles hotel, where they discovered Stephen dead from what seemed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
