Asake, the afrobeats superstar, was seen in a video giving $100 banknotes to his supporters at his Live-in event in Birmingham, London.
Videos of the YBNL performer being jeered by audience members for being late to the show have already circulated online.
Mr. Money was supposed to play at 11 p.m., but due to his tardiness, people were forced to leave the venue before they could breathe, some of whom even passed out.
Along with accusing Asake of being late, the participants criticized the organizers for their poor planning.
The Afrobeats rave soon appeared, apologized for being late, and started performing.
They initially booed him, but it finally stopped them, and they began to enjoy some Mr. Money vibes.
Asake later appeared in a video performing “Sunmomi” from his debut album, “Mr Money with the Vibes,” and during the song, he reached into his pocket, pulled out several $100 bills, and started handing them out to his admirers in the front row.
The thoughtful act caused the audience, especially the screaming women, to erupt and put a great smile on Asake’s face. However, the bouncer behind him was completely taken aback and just gazed in bewilderment.
