On Saturday, Beyonce sang a duet with her daughter Blue Ivy at a gig in Dubai (21.01.23).

The 41-year-old pop queen performed at the launch of the Atlantis The Royal hotel in the UAE city over the weekend (21.01.23-22.01.23) for her first performance in over five years. She decided to share the spotlight with Blue by inviting her on to sing the song “Brown Skin Girl.”

At the intimate performance, Beyonce said to the crowd: “Where are all my girls with brown skin? Give it up for my kid, Miss Blue Ivy Carter, my lady with chocolate skin.”

As they sang together, the young girl’s mother caressed her face and she was dressed in a dazzling red suit and sneakers. The singer told the audience: “Love to all the girls with brown skin. Help me sing if you love women with brown skin.”
Beyonce’s parents Tina Knowles-Lawson and Mathew Knowles, her husband Jay-Z, and their three kids were all present at the invitation-only celebration.

She said to the audience: “All are welcome. I’m very grateful to be here. My adorable kids are coming to watch their mother perform.”

While she didn’t sing any of her brand-new songs, Beyonce did play hits like “Beautiful Liar,” “Halo,” “Crazy in Love,” and “Drunk in Love.”

According to The Hollywood Reporter, notable attendees included Kendall Jenner, Rebel Wilson, Ellen Pompeo, Liam Payne, and Bar Refaeli.

Following Beyonce’s show, Swedish House Mafia gave a performance at the hotel.
