On Saturday morning, members of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) surrounded Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s (APC) voting location. Tinubu is the party’s presidential candidate.

About nine in the morning, representatives of the Commission arrived at Ikeja’s polling place 085 Ward F to try to find evidence of vote-buying.

Sadly, voting had not started at the polling place when they arrived. As at the time they arrived, no INEC representative had shown there.

As the EFCC officials came, there were hundreds of media present at the voting location. Also, there were a lot of police officers present.

After a little while, the officials departed because there was no vote buying taking place.
