On Wednesday, the Bauchi State Governorship poll Petitions Tribunal upheld Bala Mohammed’s victory in the March 18, 2023 poll.
The case submitted by Sadique Baba Abubakar, a candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC), challenging Mohammed’s electoral victory as previously announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), was dismissed by the tribunal, which was presided over by Justice PT Kwahar.
