The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has unveiled the quarter-final and semi-final fixtures for the 2026 CAF Confederation Cup following a draw held on Tuesday in Cairo, Egypt.
The Moroccan giants, Wydad Casablanca, will face domestic rivals Olympique de Safi in the first leg of their quarter-final clash, with the encounter scheduled for 15 March. The return leg will take place a week later, on 22 March.
Egypt’s Al Masry will tackle Algeria’s CR Belouizdad, while Zamalek SC will lock horns with Congo’s AS Otoho. DR Congo’s AS Maniema Union will meet USM Alger from Algeria to complete the quarter-final lineup.
The semi-finals are mapped out as follows: the winner of AS Maniema Union vs USM Alger will meet the victor of the Olympique de Safi vs Wydad Casablanca tie, while the winner of Al Masry vs CR Belouizdad will face the winner of AS Otoho vs Zamalek SC. The semi-final first legs are set for 12 April, with return legs scheduled for 19 April.
CAF’s latest draw promises intense matchups and sparks anticipation across African club football as teams aim for glory in the continent’s second-tier club competition.
