Rishi Sunak, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, has stated that students should not be permitted to change gender in school without informing their parents.

The Prime Minister told teachers that allowing boys to identify as girls was a ‘not a neutral act’ that may have a’significant impact’ on children.

He also stated that school personnel must notify parents if their youngsters wish to be addressed using different pronouns. His remarks provide the clearest hint yet of the likely nature of the long-awaited guidance for principals on how to address transgender rights.

According to reports, the guidance will be released this week, prohibiting schools from allowing students to’socially transition’ by altering their names, pronouns, or uniform if their parents do not consent. According to The Sun, children who dispute their gender will be barred from participating in competitive sports.
