The 2021 Readers’ Favorite Award, sometimes referred to as the Oscars of publishing, was given to social innovator Chukwuka Monye for his work on the USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestseller Business Success Secrets on Saturday, November 20, in Miami, USA. For the non-fiction anthology category, he was awarded the Silver Medallion.
The award-winning novels are all acknowledged to be groundbreaking and influential across all genres after being reviewed by more than a thousand distinguished authors. The prize ceremony is part of the week-long Miami Book Fair, which is put on by Miami Dade College and features hundreds of works by well-known authors from both domestically and abroad.

“Great leadership and great enterprises are always defined by three important components – vision, good systems, and people,” writes Monye in the book. In this “must read,” He also advocated for transparent leadership, but he also noted that this style is not well-liked in Nigeria, where it is generally thought that dictatorial leadership is the most effective.
One of the success secrets revealed by Monye, who founded the worldwide operations management consulting organization that exists today, is that transformational leaders must take on the role as stewards of a “responsible culture.”
