The average retail price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), popularly known as cooking gas, declined in July 2025, according to fresh data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

Meanwhile, market checks in Abuja and its environs as of September 1, 2025, showed that the average price of a 12.5kg cylinder stood at ₦15,000, significantly lower than the national average.
