Chief Ede Dafinone, the All Progressives Congress’ Delta Central Senatorial Candidate, has warned Deltans not to sell their votes in the upcoming election, insisting that all APC candidates are selfless and ready to serve.
“Vote for all APC candidates; they are all competent people who will not let their people down, candidates who are ready to serve their people, selfless, qualified people with credible records,” he said.
“The money politicians will give you on election day should not force you to sell your vote to greedy politicians for any amount. Collect your money and vote for us, vote APC, the only thing that will ensure you a job.”
The Chartered Accountant also stated that no other Senator in the state has done what Ovie Omo-Agege has done in insisting that the Urhobos will be great again.
“No Deputy Senate President has touched the lives of Delta Central residents and Deltans like Omo-Agege. He has established a precedent for others to follow. In Delta State, Urhobos cannot be treated as second-class citizens. “The Urhobo nation will rise again.”
Dafinone stated this on Friday during a visit by his campaign team led by Chief Barr Adelabu Bodjor to Ogor, Otowodo, Afiesere, and Ufuoma, all in the ughelli North local government area of the state, saying the time to get it right is now.
Meanwhile, Delta State House of Assembly APC Candidate for Ughelli North, Barr Spencer Ohwofa, has stated that if Senator Ovie Omo-Agege is elected governor of the state, he will do more for Deltans.
While praising Senator Ovie Omo-efforts Agege’s on development in Delta Central, Ohwofa stated that Deltans should vote for a man who is concerned about the state’s plight.
