Dignitaries Pay Last Respects to Mama Dubai as family members, government officials, traditional rulers, clergy and friends gathered at the Rivers State Ecumenical Centre in Port Harcourt to honour the late Mrs. Comfort Adanwo Okah, widely known as Mama Dubai.
