The UK boxer Ryan Taylor and the Nigerian disc jockey DJ Cuppy have officially announced their engagement.
A few days prior, when Taylor proposed to her, the couple officially announced their love.
DJ Cuppy, however, asserted in a tweet on Monday that she and Taylor met for the first time 25 days ago during the Gumball 3000 rally in Dubai.
I can officially announce that I’m engaged!” she wrote.
“I met the love of my life only 25 days ago at the @Gumball3000 driving rally.
“On occasion, you may fall for the most unlikely person at the most unlikely time and for the most unlikely motive.
I deeply love you, Ryan Taylor.
However, Cuppy’s tweet sparked a number of responses on Twitter, with some criticizing her for tagging an account that isn’t Taylor’s.
“So DJ Cuppy met her finance 25 days ago, and she’s now engaged to him,” @George man01 remarked.
Wow!
Girls from Yaanom will say, “I don’t want him to see me cheap,” if it is them.
Wow,” @Fswglory exclaimed. DJ Cuppy makes me really sad.
Taylor, DJ Cuppy’s fiancĂ©, was recently photographed having a relationship with well-known UK influencer Fiona, according to @drpenking. What? According to Nigerian women, the fact that Cuppy posted complete images and Fiona didn’t means that Taylor should have posted them because Cuppy is the star.
“Can someone tell DJ Cuppy to take it easy with posting every moment with the Taylor guy,” @drpenking asked. The negativity on social media is palpable. You can occasionally post about your relationship, but if you do so in a way that upsets other people, they will physically or emotionally damage your happiness.
