Tunji Wusu –
On Saturday, August 26, there was joy at the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Orientation Camp in Borno State as Governor Babagana Zulum gave each corps member a present of N30,000.
There are 1,215 members of the corps, making the total amount allotted N36.4 million.
In addition, Zulum, who visited the Maiduguri orientation camp, donated 10 cows, 10 sacks containing 100 kg of beans, and 10 liters of cooking oil for the preparation of a special dinner for the corps members during their ongoing three-week orientation camping.
The National Youth Service Corps members should have access to palliative care. You will all receive the sum of N30,000, which will be credited to your accounts as soon as I have your bank information.
You may remember that due to insurgent activity, the NYSC orientation camp did not take place in Maiduguri for 12 years.
