Tosin Omojola, the media officer for Shooting Stars, is now permitted to operate.

Omojola apologized and begged for forgiveness, the committee revealed, and was granted it.

You may recall that Omojola received a one-year suspension in June 2022 as a result of his comments made following the Oluyole Warriors’ matchday 31 match versus Remo Stars of Ogun in Ibadan.

After their 1-1 tie with Remo Stars FC at the Lekan Salami Stadium last year, Shooting Stars fans attacked journalist Tobi Adepoju.

Omojola allegedly said that there wouldn’t have been any consequences if the journalist had been slain during an appearance on an Ibadan radio program last year.

What if he (Tobi Adepoju) were to pass away today, June 1, 2022? Nothing would change, he remarked.

IMC highlighted that the ban’s lifting is effective right away.

Omojola will resume his responsibilities when the Nigeria Premier Football League kicks off later this month, but IMC urged him to have a professional attitude moving forward.
