INEC Access Codes: Nine Political Parties Collect Credentials for 2027 Candidate Upload

INEC access codes have been collected by nine political parties ahead of the 2027 general elections, the electoral commission has confirmed. The INEC access codes will allow parties to upload the particulars of their candidates in line with the commission’s nomination process.

Speaking in Abuja, INEC National Commissioner for Voter Education and Publicity, Malam Haruna, said the parties include Accord, Action Alliance (AA), African Democratic Congress (ADC), All Progressives Congress (APC), Labour Party (LP), National Democratic Congress (NDC), National Democratic Party (NDP), Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) and Social Democratic Party (SDP).

Meanwhile, Haruna stressed that parties must collect the codes directly from INEC with an authorisation letter from their leadership. He also urged all parties to follow the commission’s nomination guidelines strictly. INEC access codes.
