An arrest has been made for a police inspector who is suspected of sexually assaulting and hurting a young guy while conducting a stop-and-search in the state.
Bright Edafe, the public relations officer for the Delta State Police, verified this in a tweet. This is in response to reports that a police officer on the East-West Road in Ughelli, Delta State, allegedly swore at a man, striking his leg and abdomen with the baton on Tuesday.
A man can be heard sobbing and pleading, “They don’t shoot my brother,” in a video that has become popular. Witness the police officer who shot my brother. In the footage, the victim’s companions are seen attempting to get him to a hospital for emergency care while the police officers attempt to take his automobile.
