Iyabo Ojo Breaks Silence on Lizzy Anjorin Feud, Says Lawyers Are Watching

Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo has finally addressed the ongoing feud with fellow actress Lizzy Anjorin, revealing why she has chosen silence despite a wave of alleged insults, curses, and death wishes directed at her family.

In a Sunday Instagram post, Iyabo explained that keeping quiet has been a deliberate choice, though not an easy one. She said her focus in recent months has been on welcoming her grandson, supporting her daughter Priscilla through motherhood, and protecting her family’s peace.

“I’ve seen all your DMs, voice notes, and questions about my silence despite all the defamatory statements, insults, death wishes, and curses aimed at my family, especially my grandson. Honestly, I struggle to hold my peace, but sometimes silence is necessary. Who God has blessed, no one can curse,” she wrote.

The actress disclosed that her legal team is tracking every statement made against her and will act at the appropriate time. She assured fans that once she returns to Lagos, her lawyers will take formal steps to address the matter.

Iyabo also thanked her supporters for their concern and urged them to remain patient. “Silence is not weakness,” she added, hinting that the battle would be fought legally rather than publicly.
