Nollywood star Jim Iyke has sparked controversy with claims that medical doctors are deliberately trained not to heal patients, alleging that the global health sector thrives on keeping people dependent on treatments.
Speaking in a recent interview on the Echoo Room with reality TV star Teddy A, Iyke described the medical industry as a “trillion-dollar business” where profit outweighs patient recovery.
“There’s a GMO everywhere — the orthodox medicines, the lies,” he said. “Medical doctors are basically trained all through their career not to heal. If they heal you, you’re no longer a customer, and they won’t make money. That’s big pharma business.”
His remarks have ignited fresh debate on the ethics of global healthcare, with many questioning the balance between medical practice and commercial interests.
