Logos Olori discussing Davido’s work ethic

Logos Olori has praised Davido’s work ethic, saying the singer continues to work hard despite coming from a wealthy background.

The DMW signee made the comments during a recent episode of the Wahala Podcast, where he spoke about his record label boss, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido.

Olori said Davido’s background has not stopped him from maintaining a strong commitment to music.

According to the singer, Davido works as though he has no money, despite the wealth associated with his family.

“He works like he doesn’t have money,” Olori said while discussing the singer’s approach to his career.

Olori also suggested that competition within Nigeria’s music industry may be one of the factors pushing Davido to work harder.

He said the singer’s competition with his peers motivates him to remain active and focused on his music career.

Davido has built a long career in the Nigerian music industry and has released several commercially successful songs and albums.

Meanwhile, Olori, who joined Davido’s DMW record label, has continued to develop his own music career while working within the label’s wider network.

His comments offer an insight into how some younger artistes view Davido’s approach to music and competition.

However, Olori’s remarks were his personal assessment of the singer’s work ethic. They do not provide independent evidence of Davido’s financial circumstances or the exact factors that influence his professional decisions.

The discussion comes as competition remains a major feature of Nigeria’s fast-growing music industry, where artistes regularly compete for audiences, collaborations, awards and international recognition.

For Olori, that competitive environment appears to be part of what keeps Davido focused on his craft.
