Aisha Buhari, the wife of President Major General Muhammadu Buhari (ret. ), has been urged by comedian and actor Debo Adedayo, also known as Mr. Macaroni, to file a lawsuit if she feels wronged by a social media post about her made by Aminu Mohammed, a student at the Federal University, Dutse, Jigawa State.

Mr. Macaroni advised the First Lady to exercise restraint and instead go to court as required by law.

Mohammed was detained by the Federal Capital Territory Police Command, Wuse Zone II, Abuja, in response to a tweet that said “Su mama anchi kudin talakawa a koshi,” which translates from Hausa to “the mother has gotten fatter by consuming the money of the masses.”

“I can talk about things like this so much because I’ve experienced oppression and abuse, and I know how awful it is! They will act in an inconceivable manner if they have the support of political figures and are holding you captive. Dem lick the finish line!

The insults directed at President Goodluck Jonathan and his wife were numerous. even from members of the current administration.

Some of us here get curse words and insults every day from APC trolls. We are dey chest. When we are unable to settle them out of court, the comedian said, “Madam First Lady, stop abusing your position of authority! You are not God, First Lady! Go to court if you have any sort of complaint!
