Captain Alex Badeh, Director General of the Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB), and his team visited Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde to explore opportunities for collaboration aimed at improving transport safety and accident prevention. In a statement issued on Sunday by NSIB’s Director of Public Affairs, Bimbo Oladeji, Captain Badeh praised Governor Makinde’s leadership and his commitment to infrastructural development, stressing that safety should remain a priority across all sectors, particularly transportation.
“We are here today to express our admiration for your visionary leadership and to explore how we can work together to promote a culture of transport safety in Oyo State,” said Badeh, underscoring the NSIB’s mission to enhance safety through rigorous incident investigations.
