Serena Williams, a 23-time Grand Slam singles champion, experienced a significant milestone on Sunday when she was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness.

The Jehovah’s Witness Assembly in West Palm Beach, Florida, is where the baptism took place.

Serena, who announced her departure from the court in September of last year, had previously stated her desire to put her family and faith first after giving up the game.

She is renowned for her exceptional performance over the course of a career spanning more than two decades, winning 23 grand slam titles, the second-most of all time and the most of any player during the open era.

I value my Jehovah’s Witness status, but I haven’t really lived up to it despite wanting to. – Serena had stated in a Vogue interview.
