On Friday, the Supreme Court upheld Bala Mohammed’s election as the legitimate governor of Bauchi State.
The Supreme Court rejected Sadique Abubakar’s appeal from the All Progressives Congress (APC) on the grounds that it was without substance.
Mohammed ran for governor of the state on the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ticket on March 18, 2023.
