Tiwa Savage Hints She May Accept Second-Wife Role, Says Most Eligible Suitors Are Already Married

Nigerian award-winning singer Tiwa Savage has revealed she may consider becoming a second wife, admitting that most of the men currently showing interest in her are already married or in their 50s.

Speaking on the American podcast Air Service, the Afrobeats star said her dating options at this stage of her life are limited.

“If I meet somebody who can really marry me, they’re either in their 50s or already married. So, I don’t know. Maybe I can be a second wife,” Savage disclosed.

The 44-year-old mother of one added that she would not disrupt an existing marriage if she eventually marries as a second wife, emphasizing that she is respectful, hardworking and mostly focused on her music tours.

“I think I can get along with the first wife and she’s going to love me because I’m not going to be troublesome. I’m going to be going on tours… I would accord her that respect.”

Tiwa Savage was previously married to music executive Tunji “TBillz” Balogun between 2013 and 2018. Their marriage ended amid infidelity allegations from both parties. They share a son together.
