In seven polling locations in the Kogi East senatorial district, the Independent National Electoral Commission has canceled the voting process.
The state of Anyigba had two polling places revoked, while the other five were in the Omala community.
Thugs attacked the voting places, fired into the air, and caused the cancellation.
The incident caused the voting in those areas to cease abruptly.
Abejukolo ward in the Omala Local Government Area’s Unit 01 was one of the polling places that was canceled.
