We The Premier News team expressed our condolences to one of our members, Abayomi Sampson, following the death and burial of his father, Chief Thompson Adeshina Adekoya, also known as Baba Boseere.
Chief Adekoya died on 9 August 2026 at the age of 80. He was born on 10 May 1946.
The family held his burial ceremony from 4 to 6 November 2026 in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.
In a tribute titled A Life Well Lived, the family described the late chief as a beloved father, husband, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle.
They also remembered him for his love, wisdom and kindness, saying his memory would remain in their hearts.
The Premier News team commiserated with Abayomi Sampson and his family over the loss.
The team also acknowledged the burial ceremony and joined the family in honouring the life and legacy of Chief Thompson Adeshina Adekoya.
The family’s memorial message ended with the words: “Forever in Our Hearts, Never Forgotten, Forever Loved.”
