MAN ARRAIGNS FOR THEFT,NOW OUT ON BAIL

Magistrate A.K Dosunmu of Samuel Ilori Magistrate Court has granted bail to a man who was accused of motorcycle theft.

Afolabi Akande allegedly stole the motorcycle worth 220,000 belonging to Chris Oyagbu on the 27^th of January 2019 at  Omole Area,Ojodu .

The suspect however pleaded not guilty to the charge against him

The defendant counsel,Osi Egboni pleaded not guilty to the magistrate to grant the suspect bail while the prosecutor didn’t provide any objection to the request.

The suspect was granted bail of 200,000 while the case was adjourned to 10^th of July 2019
