Six men have been arraigned at the Samuel Ilori Magistrate Court, Ogba Lagos before Magistrate A.K Dosunmu where they faced four count charges, with others involved in the theft still at large.
On 27th of January ,at about 5pm at Odofin, Ikorodu,Lagos ,they conspired to steal.
Musa Raheem and others still at large on 27th of march 5;10pm at Oluwatunbi,Abigail Sobanjo,Igbako road,Ikorodu allegedly stole a Samsung phone worth N120,000,N8,760 cash and stole an ATM Card and withdrew N6,000,000 all belonging to Mr Ashimiyu Akinade.
Umar Soliudeeen,Olabodun Kabiru,on the 23rd of February at 12;25 in Aga,Ikorodu allegedly stole a Huawei phone worth N15,000.
Umar Soliudeen,Oladele Abidemi,Olasiyan Temidayo,Raheem Basit alongside others still at large were accused of stealing a Samsung S7 ,worth N108,000 ,a wristwatch worth N5,000 both belonging to Micheal Bolarinwa on 9th of February at Ikorodu Bustop at about 4;30pm
They all pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Osi Egboni ,counsel to the defendants requested the court to grant them bail while Sergeant Dada Oluwaseun ,prosecutor had no objection to the request .
Their bill was granted and posted at N100,000 each while the case was adjourned to 13th of July 2019.
