TCN: Sule Abdulaziz, Four Others Get Appointment Letters

The Acting Managing Director, Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Sule Abdulaziz, and four other senior management staff of the company have received their appointment letters from President Muhammadu Buhari .

TCN General Manager Public Affairs, Ndidi Mbah made this known in a statement in Abuja on Tuesday.

She said that the letters which was signed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, were received on June 8, 2020, sealing their appointments by President Buhari.

According to her, the appointment of the Acting Managing Director (MD) took effect from May 19, while that of the four Executive Directors took effect from December 27, 2019.

The official listed the new management team to include the MD, Sule Abdulaziz, Victor Adewumi, Executive Director Transmission Service Provider, Maman Lawal, Executive Director Independent System Operator.

Others are: Ahmad Dutse, Executive Director Finance and Accounts and Justin Dodo Executive Director, Human Resources and Corporate Services.

The appointees are to serve for a four year term.
