|By Adejumo Adekunle – IPOB unity non-negotiable, newly appointed Head of the Directorate of State (DOS) of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Chris Nwaogu, has declared.
Speaking after his appointment, Nwaogu urged members to unite behind IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, and support the group’s objectives. The leadership change followed the dissolution of the third DOS administration by Kanu.
Nwaogu pledged loyalty to the organisation and praised Kanu’s resilience despite his imprisonment. He also paid tribute to members who have sacrificed for the Biafra cause.
Furthermore, he said the new administration would prioritise Kanu’s release, intensify international diplomatic engagement and promote a referendum as a peaceful path to self-determination.
The new DOS head also vowed to counter misinformation about IPOB and strengthen public understanding of the group’s activities.
According to Nwaogu, IPOB unity non-negotiable remains central to achieving the movement’s goals. He stressed that IPOB unity non-negotiable would guide the administration’s efforts going forward.
