AFTER CARS PLUNGE INTO A RIVER, THE OSUN FRSC RETRIEVES TWO BODIES.

The bodies of two unidentified middle-aged men were found over the weekend by members of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Osun State Command. Their vehicles had crashed into a river at Eti-Oni in the Oriade Local Government Area of Osun State.

According to a statement made by Agnes Ogungbemi, the Sector’s Public Education Officer, “on June 28, 2023 at Ifetedo Axis, an automobile crashed into a river near Eti-Oni.

Since then, efforts have been made, and yesterday, June 30, 2023, the rescue mission was completed.

Two men were murdered when a private Toyota Venza with the license plate BWR 909 SD crashed into the river.

She attributed the crash’s cause to overspeeding that resulted in a loss of control.

The divers in the area were notified, and they eventually discovered the vehicle’s last resting place.

Two male casualties were found inside the smashed car after it had been hauled out of the river by a HiabTow Truck.
