Quincy Jones, the legendary music producer credited with shaping some of the most iconic pop sounds of the 20th century, has passed away at the age of 91. He died peacefully on Sunday night at his home in Bel Air, Los Angeles, surrounded by family, as confirmed by his publicist, Arnold Robinson.

In a heartfelt statement, his family expressed their sorrow, stating, “Tonight, with full but broken hearts, we must share the news of our father and brother Quincy Jones’ passing. Although this is an incredible loss for our family, we celebrate the great life that he lived and know there will never be another like him.”

Jones enjoyed a remarkable career that spanned over 70 years, solidifying his status as a vital force in the music industry.
