In Egbe village in Rivers State’s Ahoada West Local Government Area, three people are alleged to have been slain and three more kidnapped by suspected cultists.

The stated number of victims was executed in the early hours of Monday by the assassins, who are thought to be members of the Icelandic cult organization dedicated to one General “Danger.”

Two men and a woman from the Egbeh village in Ubie Kingdom, Ahoada West LGA, were also kidnapped by the raging cultists.

According to a community source who was informed of the developments, the three people’s bodies were discovered near the Egbeh and Ebiriba Roads, and the cultists had murdered them and left their bodies there.

According to the report, two of the deceased had a falling out with the mother of Danger, the local cult leader, who was despised.

According to the informant, the cult leader ordered his troops to enter the neighborhood and murder the males who had challenged him.

However, information emerged that the woman kidnapped along with the two men is the girlfriend of one of the men, who had a falling out with Danger’s mother.

Additionally, it was learned that, following the murders, the mother of the infamous cultists had left the area.

Speaking on the tragedy, Superintendent of Police Grace Iringe Koko of the Rivers State Police Command acknowledged it and said investigations are still underway to determine what exactly led to the deaths and to apprehend those responsible.
