Non-arrival Of Materials, Low Turnout Stall Voting In Delta 

As accreditation and voting commence across the country, APC Youth Vanguard in the Niger Delta has reported low turnout and delay of materials in some part of the Delta State.

Voting has not commenced in some parts of Delta South and Central as at 9.53am this morning with large number of electorate remained unsure of exercising their franchise due non-arrival of voting materials and that of the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Monitors on ground in the areas have expressed their disappointment with development.
Meanwhile, the group has warned INEC against announcing fake results at the affected areas as it is not sure elections will take place there.
