The Recording Academy, organisers of the Grammy Awards, has announced the timeline for the 2027 edition of the global music awards ceremony, including key dates for nominations and voting.
The announcement was made on Tuesday during an upfront presentation in New York City.
According to the organisers, nominations for the 2027 Grammys will be unveiled on November 16, 2026. Albums and projects released between August 31, 2025, and August 28, 2026, will qualify for consideration.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on February 7, 2027, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
The event will air live on ABC and stream on Disney+ and Hulu, marking a significant shift after the Grammys’ 54-year broadcast partnership with CBS.
The academy also confirmed the development in a post shared on its Instagram page.
“IT’S TIIIIIME! The road to the 2027 Grammys officially begins now. Mark your calendars for submissions, nominations, voting, and all the key moments leading up to Music’s Biggest Night,” the post read.
The announcement signals the official start of the countdown to one of the music industry’s most prestigious global events.
