Super Falcons forward Rinsola Babajide has completed her move to Italian Serie A side AS Roma Femminile, setting her sights on making a lasting impact at the club.

The 27-year-old winger, known for her pace and versatility, joined the Rome-based club on a free transfer and signed a contract that will keep her in Italy until 2027.

In a post shared on X, Babajide expressed her excitement about the new challenge:

“Happy to finally announce that I’ve signed for @ASRomaFemminile. I’m so excited to see what we can achieve together. Back in red and ready for this incredible new chapter.”

Babajide, who previously played professional football in England and Spain, represented England at youth level before switching allegiance to Nigeria. She is currently with the Super Falcons on international duty at the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco.

Her addition is expected to bolster AS Roma’s attacking options as they aim to compete strongly in both domestic and European competitions.
