The Super Eagles earned a $15,000 cash reward following their commanding 2–0 victory over Algeria’s Desert Foxes in the quarter-final clash at the Grand Stade de Marrakech on Saturday night.

Éric Chelle’s side outclassed the North Africans with a disciplined and clinical performance, securing progression to the semi-finals and adding further financial incentives to their campaign. Beyond the appearance bonus, the players also pocketed an additional $20,000 for the two goals scored in the encounter.

The latest payout builds on earlier earnings in the tournament. The team had already amassed $30,000 from three group-stage victories against Tanzania, Tunisia, and Uganda, before collecting another $12,500 for their Round of 16 triumph over Mozambique’s Mambas.

With momentum firmly on their side, the Super Eagles now turn attention to Wednesday’s semi-final showdown against tournament hosts Morocco in Rabat. Victory in that fixture will attract an extra $20,000 bonus, further boosting both morale and motivation as Nigeria pushes for the title.
