Barr. Juliet Ikhayere, a representative candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Abuja, urged Nigerian youngsters to continue their enthusiasm for political involvement if they want to see improvements in their country.
Her opinion is that the current political reawakening among young people should be used to elect a trustworthy leader on February 25 and March 11, respectively.
In a recent interview, Barr. Juliet said she has the ability to pass legislation that will benefit the populace and hasten the growth of the Bwari/AMAC federal constituency. She also said that if she wins, the two councils will prosper more.
“We have a number of constituency projects planned for the area that will, among other things, help those in the health and education sectors. The majority of our population is clamoring for programs like these that would enable them to develop skills that will improve their standard of living.
“I’ll make sure our people receive justice as well because when there is justice, people feel more a part of the community. As much as my resources allow, I’ll also give the people social empowerment by assisting them in improving their business practices.
The intellectual lawyer commented on the importance of Nigerian youths in the general elections of 2023, saying, “The young renaissance in Nigeria is a thing of pleasure for everybody who wishes to see a new Nigeria where leadership means service and progress.
The political elite will sit up and realize that the party is over if Nigerian youths can continue to be motivated about issues of political engagement.
