Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Damini Ogulu has made history as the first African artist to gross over $1 million from a single concert in Oceania.
The record-breaking feat was achieved during the Sydney stop of his No Sign Of Weakness tour at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney, Australia, on 18 October 2025, where the concert grossed $1.117 million.
According to global tour monitoring platform Touring Data, Burna Boy’s tour also set a record as the highest-grossing tour by an African artist in Oceania, earning $3.1 million from 31,000 tickets sold across four shows. The Australian leg sold 30,946 tickets at an average price of $100.94 per ticket, generating an average of $772,791 per show.
The No Sign Of Weakness tour spans 20 shows across three continents—North America, Europe, and Oceania, marking Burna Boy as the first African artist to gross over $1 million from a single concert in three continents.
This achievement cements Burna Boy’s global appeal and showcases the growing influence of African music on the international stage.
