The pre-hearing of the appeal filed by Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi against President-elect Bola Tinubu has been postponed by the Presidential Election appeal Tribunal to Friday, May 19.
The tribunal, presided over by Justice Haruna Tsammani, set the date after the parties failed to reach an agreement on the papers, among other things.
