Abdullahi emphasized that despite the promise of 24/7 power, more than 90 million Nigerians still lack reliable electricity, with the majority only getting limited hours on the Band A–E tariff system. Rural communities remain mostly off-grid, and millions rely on generators to meet their energy needs. He called on the government to present a clear roadmap for power sector reform and reminded the president that voters expect accountability in the next election cycle.
